Michelle Williams is a very talented artist and so underrated when it comes to her solo material, especially as her Gospel albums are what music is about. It has always baffled me why this artist hardly gets any promotion for her work, especially as she has such an amazing and soulful voice. I was very sad to see her latest album, ‘Unexpected’, hardly receive much love and support. It’s down to her record label to promote her, of course. Sometimes I often feel that Michelle is in the shadows, behind the more successful members of Destiny’s Child, it really would be nice to see such a talented artist like Michelle receive more support from the people who signed her, instead of letting her talent go to waste. I get the feeling though that Michelle is just as frustrated about this subject as us fans are, hopefully we will be hearing a lot more from this very talented lady in the near future.
