UnkleJam are a British group that I’ve loved for absolutely ages now and still, their work is pretty unknown within music, which is definitely a great shame. Their label didn’t seem to promote them correctly, which is a familiar story with a few artists around at the moment, so no wonder they kind of slipped under the radar. But still, if you like quality music with a splash of Funk and Soul in it, you should have come across their work – which is incredibly infectious and is bound to get you up dancing at the stiffest of parties.
It would be great to see these guys sign with a label that could put the effort into promoting their work. Maybe then talent might get some recognition for a change. In the meantime, here is one of their videos for you to take a peek at.

Thanks for the link up on the Noisettes post ;)
Did Unkljam ever release their album ... i've searched for it but can't find it anywhere. @what Am I Fighting For' and 'Love Ya' were great tracks!
No problem, I thought your Noisettes post was great and I just had to post that video, is cool. Such a good song.
On the subject of UnkleJam, you know what I don't think they did, their label kinda let them down a lot - this group should have been HUGE. So much Funk, Soul. I hope they get to showcase their talents in the future with another album. I have some of their music, if you post an email address to send it to, I'll send you what I have, if you like? The album is very hard to find. I think I posted a live set on here a while back too.
That would be great!
My email address is souluk@tiscali.co.uk
It is a huge shame, my sister saw them support Justin Timberlake a while back and she said they were amazing.
I'll try and send what I have of theirs tonight.
Oh I agree, I haven't seen them live. But they are very cool, I think they're great, just a shame that they went virtually unrecognised in music. I hope they get the opportunity to put another CD out.
Their version of 'Seven Nation Army' is HOT.
